Dear Patient,

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to inform you that Advanced Mobile Healthcare & Community Clinic in Kingman will be closing effective July 10, 2026. This decision was not made lightly, and I have done everything in my power to stay open. However, due to the increasing administrative and financial challenges associated with operating an independent healthcare practice, it is no longer feasible to continue clinic operations in their current form. It has truly been a privilege to care for you and your family, and I am deeply grateful for the trust and support you have shown.

Patients are encouraged to establish care with another healthcare provider as soon as possible to ensure continuity of care. Upon receipt of a completed authorization form, copies of your medical records may be transferred to the provider of your choice. Medical records will be securely maintained in accordance with Kansas law and HIPAA requirements. All medical records will be transferred to Desert River Solutions. Once you have found a new provider, after July 10, 2026, please begin the request process by visiting the following webpage for instructions and a release form:

For patients requiring ongoing prescription medications, the clinic may provide limited transitional refills, when medically appropriate, if seen prior to clinic closure. Controlled substances and certain medications may require additional review and may not be eligible for refill without an appointment or continuity plan. Please note that after July 10,2026, the clinic will no longer be available for routine appointments, urgent visits, prescriptions, or ongoing management of medical conditions.

Patients experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately. Thank you again for allowing me to participate in your healthcare journey. It has truly been an honor to serve this community.
